Nyamazane reserves the right to change any tariffs, services or rules without prior notification.

 

Upon booking for accommodation via this website an email will be sent to you indicating that you booking is accepted and payment is required. Following this email proof of payment for your booking is required to reflect on info@nyamazanegameranch.co.za within 24 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Failure to reflect payment results in automatic cancellation of your booking. 

Payments are only processed in South African rand.

 

A refundable breakage deposit (payable with accommodation) of R300 is required for the accommodation. This deposit is repayable within 72 hours after your departure from the accommodation. Therefore, your bank details are needed in the email for your booking.

 

Gate times: open 07h00 and close 17h00

Check in: 14h00-17h00

Check out: 10h00 failing which additional late check out fees apply.

Lock rooms and Windows before taking the keys which are to be deposited in the key box at Nyamazane Game Ranch gate. 

 

Although Nyamazane Game Ranch takes precautions to ensure safety of guests and security of all guest’s personal possessions it is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that they lock their own doors when they are not present and ensure that their valuables are safely packed away. Guests are expected to comply with all rules, regulations and notices. Guests are also asked to respect the rules regarding feeding and contact of wild and potentially dangerous animals on the ranch.

 

Smoking: 

Smoking is not permitted inside any of the units or lodges.

 

No pets are allowed.

The guest will be held liable for any damage or loss to property of Nyamazane Game Ranch.

 

Kindly switch off lights when not in use and ensure that taps don’t leak or waste water.
